IMMERSION IN SPANISH LANGUAGE & CULTURE

Lengua y Cultura is a two weeks-course designed to respond to the urgent need to prepare people who can minister to Hispanics in the US.

Our program provides the student the basic skills to communicate in Spanish, an experience of the Hispanic environment in daily life situations, and an introduction to Hispanic ministry.

Recommended for beginners, the vocabulary is selected based on everyday conversations and pastoral work with Hispanics. The student will reach a good level of communication through the acquisition of the basic language skills: listening, writing, speaking and reading.

Daily prayer and Eucharist in Spanish are an integral part of the course.
